Backplates

Backplates bring refinement and function to cabinetry by framing hardware and protecting finished surfaces. They’re often used to elevate a simple knob or pull or to add architectural weight to a hardware suite.

Available in a wide array of shapes and sizes, our backplates are made from solid brass, stainless, or bronze and offered in finishes to match or contrast with coordinating hardware. Some are simple and geometric; others are detailed and traditional—each one adding depth and intention to the design.

Backplates are especially helpful in retrofit projects where previous mounting holes need to be concealed, or where added scale helps balance drawer proportions. We’ll help ensure the pairing of pull and plate feels cohesive and scaled to the application.
